Accidentally created MongoDB account from Company Mail, I gave account deletion process and changed my company email name. Did I make the right move?

Yea… that sounds like the right move. So you deleted the account, and registered a new account with the right email, right? That sounds correct… keep in mind that Atlas accounts can take a bit to fully delete.
