Hello, I have recently ran into issues regarding my examination for the certification as my examity account name is not the same as my real first name. Due to this, I was not allowed to take the exam and were asked to inquire the MongoDB teams regarding the changing of name.
May I know if the team is able to change my examity account’s name to my real name in order for me to reschedule my examination again?
