We are getting slow response for the DB queries from the application. It started working slow from today morning. Please help us in resolving the issues.
You need to supply a lot more information. There is no way we can help you with what you shared so far.
What is your installation? Atlas, self-manage, RAM size, collection size, …
What is the slow operation? Share the query, share the explain plan.
@Steephan_Mohan , since you are a paying customer of Atlas, you should pull down the Get Help menu option from the web interface and put your problem in front of paid support.
Hi Jack,
Our Support account not enabled, I am getting message “Not Enabled for Support”. I received email for enabling support but response received says “Atlas basic subscription” is supported. Please help us in resolving this issue.
regards,
steephan
Have you tried “Chat with support”?
Also perhaps @Veronica_Cooley-Perry can point you in the right direction.
If you don’t have a support plan, you still have access to chat with support as @Jack_Woehr noted.
This doc shares more information on M2 operational limits in case that may be the issue: https://www.mongodb.com/docs/atlas/reference/free-shared-limitations/#operational-limits
There is also a 30 day free support trial that you can activate if you’d like to use it for this purpose. You can activate that through your origanization support page.
