I have booked my Associate DBA exam tomorrow and want to reschedule it to another day. When tried online Examity did not allow saying no timeslots available.
Online chats saying the platform for the mongodb certification is changed and need to contact the mongodb univesity for further details. I haven’t received any emails about the platform change and cannot reschedule my exam.
Can the respective team look into this and advise me on this.
