Atlas Audit Logs

Hi,
When trying to retrieve audit logs from my cluster, after following the steps in this guide:

I’m recieving the next error code:
TENANT_CLUSTER_LOGS_FOR_HOST_NOT_SUPPORTED with the message:
“Logs for host not supported on tenant”.

Yet, this error code doesn’t seem to appear here:

I’m new to Mongo and Atlas, can some please shed some on this?
