• Updates all Terraform examples to use MongoDB Atlas Terraform Provider version 2.x (~> 2.2). If you're upgrading from provider version 1.x, see the MongoDB Atlas Terraform Provider 2.0.0 Upgrade Guide for breaking changes and migration steps. Examples now use the mongodbatlas_advanced_cluster resource with v2.x syntax.

• Guidance for Atlas Network Security page: Minor update to mention limitation for changing the number of service attachments and recommendation to use the DNS seedlist connection string.

• Features for Compliance with External Standards page: Minor update to introduce Atlas for Government as an Atlas compliance option.

• Guidance for Atlas High Availability page: Adds guidance for 3- and 5-node replica set topologies.

• Guidance for Atlas Disaster Recovery page: Minor update to recommend multi region clusters and electable nodes for high availability, and link to other pages with existing guidance.

• Recommendations for Atlas Cost-Saving Configurations page: Minor update to link to cost-analysis guidance for different deployment topologies.

• Adds the following new pages:

  • Migration: Describes how to migrate data from your on-premises MongoDB deployments to Atlas.

  • MongoDB Atlas Operational Readiness Checklist: Provides a checklist to help you prepare your environment and team for a successful Atlas deployment.

  • Atlas Deployment Paradigms: Introduces and compares different Atlas deployment paradigms, which are described with use-cases in the following new pages:

• Adds the DORA Compliance page.
