I’ve created an aggregation pipleline in Compass and saved it. However, this pipeline is not available in Atlas. Is there a way to syncronize my pipelines across both so I can access them remotely?

I am not aware of this option, I missed this and requested this in the past.
In Compass and Atlas you have the option to display your aggregation as text:
I basically copy the text between the tools and save this with the same name.
