MongoDB University lab terminal not working

Hi everyone, I have been tyring to complete the MongoDB uni labs, but the terminal is always empty and I am not able to type anything in it either.

thanks for reaching out.

Normally, this issue can be resolved by refreshing the browser tab or clicking on the refresh button (on the left “instructions”).

Did you observe this behavior in multiple labs? If so, are you using a work computer? Asking because there’s been issues with security configuration causing problems of the same nature.

Can you check your browser console for errors? If any, please post them here.

Can you also confirm that there’s no security configuration that might be contributing to this issue?

Looks like this is an issue with company firewall. its blocking Atlas. Thanks for the hep support.
