Normally, this issue can be resolved by refreshing the browser tab or clicking on the refresh button (on the left “instructions”).
Did you observe this behavior in multiple labs? If so, are you using a work computer? Asking because there’s been issues with security configuration causing problems of the same nature.

any luck in finding resolution ? I am having the same issue. Tried different explorer same issue.

Can you check your browser console for errors? If any, please post them here.
Can you also confirm that there’s no security configuration that might be contributing to this issue?

Looks like this is an issue with company firewall. its blocking Atlas. Thanks for the hep support.
