I'm a MongoDB DBA. A Developer Analyst is trying to use '**MongoDB ODBC Data Source Configuration**', when we fill in everything correctly, with Primary ReplicaSET, the Port, User and Password, etc., does not connect. It always presents the generic Error Message below:

[MongoDB][OBDC 1.4(a) Driver]Can’t connect to MySQL server on ‘localhost’ [10061]
We exhausted all our attempts, such as researching Official MongoDB Tutorials, but without success in resolving this "issue". Please, what could be happening, or better perhaps, what alternative can we use?
• Additional Information: I am on the same network as the MongoDB On-premise Database is installed. Via Client Compass connects OK.
