I scaled my cluster since yesterday, and as of today the process has not been carried out. After a few steps where it seems to be updating, it shows an error and restarts the process. My operation has been impacted in an extremely important way, with the risk of losing clients and seriously affecting my business, so I would be grateful if you could support me ASAP. I have developer level support, and I have not been able to obtain a response by any means. Awaiting your comments. PD. Im not a techincal staff.

MongoDB support are the only ones who can help. Their SLA target for P1 (Production down) on the developer plan is 8h.
Hopefully you have had a response to your support ticket or chat by now.
