I have windows 11 host and have Ubuntu 22.04 VM installed on Oracle Vrtual Box v7.010. I have succesfully installed MongoDB 7 community edition but when I try to run mongod executable I have this “invalid instruction core dump” error. I have searched the internet, many suggested turning off Hyper-V on windows, I did, not worked.
as far as I understand this is related with the cpu instruction set in the guest OS namely having AVX support but I couldnt find a solution to have guest OS to have this?
Any suggestion would greatly be appreciated.
