Installation Error while installing on WIndows 10

Hi,

I am using Windows 10 Pro on Intel core i7 64-bit mahin.
While installing MongoDB 7.0.9 I am getting the below error,

Checked and WIndows Installer Service is running in my machine.
Tried some solutions by googling. Nothing seems to work. Can anybody help?
