I got 80% + in Building GenAI Apps Learning Badge Assessment but it still says you've not passed the exam

I’ve given the assessment two times and got 100, 100, 100, 83, and 82 percentages overall and they become more than 80% that is required to pass the assessment. It says me you’ve not passed the exam. Why?
