My database which was hosted under MongoDB Atlas free plan got deleted without notice. How to get it back?

Hello, my name is Peter and I’m happy to help you with this.
MongoDB does not delete data from within customer clusters. According to the metrics for your cluster, there was a large increase in connections around 0800 UTC on April 10, after which the logical size of the data in the cluster fell to 0. This shows that the cluster received a delete or drop command at that time.
There are no backups available for M0 free tier clusters. The data is not retrievable in our system.
My apologies for any inconvenience.
Is it possible to get the IP address of who ran the command?
Yes, it’s available from the mongoD logs that you can download.
