Hello everyone,

I was working with MongoDB atlas and everything was working well but once I clicked on the charts tab it returns a blank white screen. I tried to reload the page many times, used different browsers and networks, and tried to log out and in many times, but I’m still getting the same blank screen. Does anyone has faced this issue before and how it can be solved?

I’m logged in and I have access to my Charts dashboards at the moment. Maybe it’s related to some cookies or cache? Seems impossible as you tried different browsers but… Maybe try to clear the cache / cookies ?
Are your browsers up-to-date? I’m using Google Chrome Version 102.0.5005.115 (Official Build) (64-bit)

It is for me, and it’s April 2023.

If anyone is having this issue, please send your Atlas project ID so we can investigate. I’m not aware of any widespread issues though.

Are you facing a blank white screen when accessing MongoDB Charts or dashboards? Many users have encountered this issue despite using different browsers or clearing their cache. The problem might be linked to browser compatibility or specific project settings in Atlas.
