Subject: 403 Forbidden Error When Logging In to MongoDB Atlas

Issue Description:
I am encountering a 403 Forbidden error when trying to sign in to the MongoDB Atlas platform. The browser console shows the following error:
{ status: 403, message: "Forbidden" }
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ().

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://cloud.mongodb.com/.
  2. Enter my email and password, then click “Sign In.”
  3. Receive the 403 error message.

Troubleshooting Tried:

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies.
  • Tried using Incognito mode and a different browser.
  • Switched to a different network (mobile hotspot).
  • Verified that my IP address is added to the allowlist.
