Turn the object from the ruby type we deal with to a Mongo friendly type.

Examples:

Mongoize the object.

Float.mongoize("123.11")

Parameters:

  • object (Object) —

    The object to mongoize.

Returns:

  • (Float | nil) —

    The object mongoized or nil.
