Urgent Assistance Needed: Missing MongoDB Certificate on Dashboard

I completed my “MongoDB Associate Developer Exam Node” on 6th January 2025 and passed successfully. However, I did not receive my digital credentials initially.

After contacting the support team, my Credly badge was manually added. Despite raising multiple tickets (“Ticket #62204”), I still cannot access my MongoDB certificate along with the “License ID” on the MongoDB University dashboard.

This certificate is urgent for me, and the lack of responses from support has caused delays.

Could anyone guide me on the further steps to resolve this issue or direct me to someone who can assist?
