Upgrade from Free Tier to Flex Stuck - Snapshot Not Created

Hello,

I recently upgraded one of my clusters from Free Tier to Flex Tier, but it has been stuck at the status: “Your cluster is being upgraded” for a few days since Friday at 6pm and snapshots don’t work.
I don’t know who else to contact, because contacting via chat bot didn’t find a solution.
