Triggers in Atlas Local

Is it possible to deploy triggers to Local Atlas without using our own ChangeStream watcher to run them in a local development or CI environment? We really do not like that we don’t have a way to test the deployment process and that it isn’t really a 1-1 equivalent where we can test the deployment and reliability of the triggers in an equivalent environment.
