I have purchased the mongo db associate developer exam , before attempting that i had some queries , need your guidance for that

1 . After purchase , can i write the exam any time i am ready or any expiry date is there ?
2 . If during exam , I face any issues , who shall i contact ?

1 . After purchase , can i write the exam any time i am ready or any expiry date is there ? Once you purchase the exam, you can take at anytime. The exam will not expire once purchased.

2 . If during exam , I face any issues , who shall i contact ?
You will be connected to a proctor during your exam. If you run into any issues during the exam, please ask your proctor for help.

We also recommend running a systems check prior to taking your exam. Please review Examity’s test-taker resources for more information on what to expect when you take your exam.

Hello, I would also like some support on updating the certification pdf name and last name to “Arthur Fonseca”, I have messaged certification@mongodb.com but it always create and solve the issue instantly. I have fixed my name on all my mongodb profiles but the PDF is still issue to the wrong name.

Just wanted to check if for multiple selections kind of questions , for correct ones any partial marks are awarded , or whole answer is marked as wrong if 2 selections are correct and one is wrong ?

@Kanak_Lata_Singh Hello! Great question. We do not provide partial points for multiple select questions. Candidate’s must select all of the correct answers and none of the incorrect ones to recieve credit for that question. Hope this helps!
