PyMongo 3.11.4 Released

We are pleased to announce the 3.11.4 release of PyMongo - MongoDB’s Python Driver. This release fixes a bug that caused MongoClient(s) to mistakenly attempt to create minPoolSize connections to arbiter nodes in a replica set.
