Mongodb ops can't update hostname

i have done below
project ---- setting — Reset Duplicates
deployment — more — hostmapping (delete )

but the incorrect entry of host mapping will be add again ,
nslookup hostname(duplicated) , answer corretly , at mms server

Do I clean the cache in the mms’s database ? what should i do ? thanks .
