MongoDB Compass 1.44 breaks SSH tunneling

Has anyone else noticed that the latest Compass update, 1.44, breaks ssh tunneling? I need to connect to an M5 instance, which whitelists a few servers by IPs. Normally, I use Compass’ own SSH Proxy feature to connect to the whitelisted servers first and then the M5 instance. But after the 1.44 upgrade, it complains about no configuration works.

This happens to both to the Linux and Mac desktop Compass apps. I don’t have a Windows machine at hand to test, but I can report back if that’s broken as well.

I’m sorry to hear this happened – If possible, please open a ticket in https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/COMPASS, and include a log file (as described in https://www.mongodb.com/docs/compass/current/troubleshooting/logs/), that would be pretty helpful for figuring out why this is happening.
