I recently purchased the MongoDB Certified Developer Associate Exam (Python), but after completing the transaction, I encountered an issue where the screen struck at the following screen

I have the same issue. They told me that they are in the process of changing examination provider and provided me with a different code to use. Except I cannot load the Purchase Your Certification exam page even.

Similar case with mine. In my case, the dashboard showing that I can schedule the exam, but as of now the Schedule Exam will direct me to ProctorU (https://www.proctoru.com/ ) though I can’t find a way to register

My issue is resolved , they will send u the mail to schedule exam.
