I can't access my account. error 402 "DELINQUENT_GROUP"

I try to log in to my account through Google. But after logging in, the screen turns white and the console returns a 402 error with the description: “DELINQUENT_GROUP”.

I’ve already tried logging in with another account and I can do it perfectly. Testing in an anonymous browser also does not solve the problem.

Has anyone ever had this problem?
