How to update user privileges in Atlas Access Manager

How can I modify the privileges of a user? The icon is disabled.

I have “Organization Owner” privileges and I invited this user to our organization. Funny thing is, I could delete the user, however I cannot modify it.

Welcome to the MongoDB Community forums!

As per the MongoDB documentation,

You can’t edit roles for specific users on the Access Manager page if you configure role mappings for Identity Provider groups.

Could you confirm if you have configured this using the IdP groups?

If yes, you can follow the steps documented here to edit the role mappings in your organization and its projects.
