How to find or enter new Project ID and organisation Id?

I tried to do a course at MongoDB University.
While connecting to Atlas, I had a few issues. I don’t know how to fix it. I tried various options on my own. I couldn’t. Can you help me?
Its asking project ID and organisation ID. I am entering as a new user. I don’t know how to get and where to get the user ID to connect to the atlas.
