GitHub Student Pack activated but unable get free voucher

Hi everyone,

I recently completed the MongoDB Associate Python Developer path and signed up for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. However, when I log in, I see this message:

“Welcome and thanks for logging in. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify your status as a participant in the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Please visit the GitHub Student Pack home for additional information and how to register.”

I’ve double-checked that I’m a student, and I signed up using my GitHub account. Has anyone else faced this issue, or does anyone have tips on how to get around it?

Hi there! Sorry you’re having issues accessing your student benefits.

Sometimes when this happens, the user may be putting in the the incorrect email address so be sure to doublecheck and make sure that you’re putting the correct account info in.

Beyond that, I can recommend reaching out to GitHub Support to see if perhaps your GitHub Student Developer Pack benefits expired.

Subject: Issue Redeeming Atlas Coupon Code

Hello MongoDB Atlas Support Team,

I am attempting to redeem a coupon code on my Atlas account but received the following error:

“The coupon is either applied before start date or after end date.”

I’ve confirmed that my current usage is $0.00 and that I have no outstanding invoices. It’s unclear whether a payment method is required or if there’s an issue with my account eligibility.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue so I can successfully apply the coupon? Let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
