Data Loss on M0 Cluster For No Apparent Reason

Hi MongoDB Community,

I work for a startup that uses M0 Cluster as its production database, and two days ago on October the 23rd 2024, we experienced a complete data loss in multiple collections in the production database, and since M0 Cluster do not offer logging or backup options, we are in a difficult situation.

I have researched reasons as to why this could happen including .drop(), .deleteMany(), TTL (Time to Live), and database seeding on project startup, but none of these operations are the case here.

Hi team, i was encountered a weird situation of losing all data on my collection after initing the data set . I did not run any delete operation on this collection but all data were deleted !! Is there any way to restore the deleted data on mongo cloud, i used free version with Replica Set - 3 nodes This is the very important data i need to restore it urgently !!

I read this post where the original poster experienced a similar problem, but there was no solution reached in the post.

People have said to open tickets but since we do not have a Developer or Premium tier subscription, we cannot open cases (I think this is what they mean by tickets). Please correct me if I am mistaken.

I have tried contacting MongoDB through emails and the live chat for more information, but I could not receive any help in this matter.

Which email does MongoDB use to deal with these kinds of technical cases where I could receive in-depth help regarding the matter? Is there any information I could provide to add to the discussion?

I would like to request help from MongoDB and the community.
