Complaint Regarding 100% Student Discount for Associate Node.js Developer Certification

Dear MongoDB Certification Team,

I recently received a discount code for the MongoDB Associate Node.js Developer Certification after completing the Node JS DEVELOPER LEARNING PATH, but the code provides only a 50% discount instead of the 100% discount that MongoDB offers to students (i.e., covering the full $150 exam fee).

As a student, I would like to confirm if there is an issue with the discount code or if I need to take any additional steps to receive the full 100% discount. Below are my details for reference:

Did you sign in to MongoDB with your GitHub Account used with the student pack? If you’re sure that you’ve followed all the steps, you can email certification@mongodb.com to check your account.

I am mailing them almost daily from past 15 days but they are not replying my mails.
What should i do now?
I have also mailed at certification@mongodb.com and learn@mongodb.com
They have not replied me once also.
Its very disappointing to me that they are not replying.
