Can't redeem the credits from MongoDB students code

I tried to redeem the GitHub Student’s code and get a free subscription for my organisation but it gives an error saying that I’m trying to use that code before the start date or after the end date.

Please help me.

You have to use the incognito mode to redeem the code to ensure that cached data not interfere with the redemption process.

Hi there, welcome to the forums!

It sounds like the code has expired. We recommend that students not click the “generate code” button on MongoDB Student Pack (after entering your GitHub credentials) until they are ready to use the code. After generating the code, you have 6 months to apply it before it expires. Once applied, you have 12 months to consume the code.
