Hi, even though I took the assessments for the following learning badge path:

Building AI Apps on AWS Learning Badge Path
Deploying and Evaluating GenAI Apps Learning Badge Path

the completion percentage is still 0% and I haven’t received the related badges. Could I ask you for support? Thanks.

Thank you Sergio, I was able to find your account and we apologize for the inconvenience. This sometimes happens when the connection temporarily disconnects while our assessment system is trying to relay data to our LMS. I have fixed this issue and you should have your badges. In the future shall you have any issues please send us an email at learn@mongosb.com.
